Four binders and one envelope containing both internal and external reports, letters and publications documenting the Neighbors Building Neighborhoods program between 1995 and 2002. These materials were associated with participation of Richard Panz, then-Director of the Rochester Public Library, in the Neighbors Building Neighborhoods program.
