One box housing eight folders containing both internal and external reports, letters and publications documenting the Neighbors Building Neighborhoods program between 1995 and 2002. These materials were associated with participation of Richard Panz, then-Director of the Rochester Public Library, in the Neighbors Building Neighborhoods program.

This collection consists of working documents, reports, newsletters and other documents pertaining to the Neighbors Building Neighborhoods program in Rochester, New York between 1995 and 2002. The collection includes materials pertaining to the initial development of Neighbors Building Neighborhoods in 1995, and continuing through future annual initiatives. Annual reports, newsletters and other documents are also included.
