Helping People With AIDS, Annual Financial Report, 2003

This collection consists of the partial corporate records of Helping People With AIDS, a Rochester, New York charitable organization that raised funds to support people with AIDS from 1986 to 2003. The bulk of the material consists of financial and legal documents. Most of the material comes from either the foundation of Helping People With AIDS, especially surrounding its incorporation in 1989-1990, or from its final years preceding dissolution in 2010. The materials include state filings, incorporation and dissolution documents, and other financial materials.

Two identical sets of papers are present; both are photocopies of the original documents, which remain in the possession of the donor.
