Scope and Content Note
The Home Economics Work series contains materials collected by Mrs. Clarke from her work on those committees dedicated to teaching women how to “keep house” efficiently. Materials include correspondence, schedules for home economics courses and demonstrations, pamphlets for women about household budgets, cooking, etc., and committee minutes. Also included in this series are committee materials related to planning home expositions.
