Scope and Contents
The Center for Holocaust Awareness and Information (CHAI) is part of the Jewish Federation of Greater Rochester. This series consists of materials, mostly audiovisual but also including a few print items, related to the Center's work on Holocaust education. It includes educational materials from third parties, CHAI publications, recordings of CHAI events, and numerous recordings of interviews with Holocaust survivors and liberators from the Rochester area. The audiovisual materials include audiocassette tapes, VHS tapes, 8mm video tapes, and MiniDV and DVC video tapes, along with CD-R and DVD-R media.
