This sub-series consists of materials collected by Janet "Jan" Gillespie, an associate professor at SUNY Brockport who served on the D-I liturgy committee beginning in 1989. She was endorsed as a member of the community council in 1995 and served in a leadership role during the organization's 1995 community needs assessment. In 1998, she was serving as D-I's Celebrations/Remembrance Coordinator and Historian. Gillespie and the members of D-I were actively involved with numerous local and national LGBTGQ+, Catholic, and LGBTQ-affirming religious organizations.

This sub-series comprises Gillespie's personal papers and correspondence relating to Dignity-Integrity, as well as loose materials that were housed with these papers prior to transfer to the archival repository. Topics include newsletters, programs, brochures, and other materials from LGBTQ+ and religious organizations in Rochester and around the United States.
