Scope and Contents From the Item:

This collection documents some of the activities of the Monroe County American Legion Auxiliary between 1934 and 1988. The records included cover several short periods of time within that period. The materials include a scrapbook of the group's activities for 1934 and 1935, a scrapbook of a visit to El Salvador by members of the group in 1958-59, a volume of secretarial records covering June 1969 to June 1974, and both a scrapbook and a photo album for June 1987 to June 1988.
