Scope and Contents

This collection consists of a series of papers from the Shone and Weider families. The papers are entirely made up of receipts, deeds, accounting pages, and tax papers from both of the families. The receipts show the average purchases and finances needed to maintain a middle class family during the early 1900's.

Some papers have deteriorated and are falling apart on their edges, however majority of papers are still good
