Biographical / Historical
There is limited information about this individual. Charles A. Barnard was born in April 1841. He worked for Railway Express for 50 years before passing away on December 29, 1906 due to complications with Heart Disease. He is buried at the Mount Hope cemetery in Rochester N.Y.
