Biographical / Historical

Peter W. Handy was born in 1798 and passed away in 1873 in Rochester N.Y. In 1847 he was employed by the Rochester Savings Bank as a Cashier and Loan Guarantor. He would work at the bank for the majority of his life. He also served as a superintendent at the Western Presbyterian Church in Palmyra N.Y. in 1838.
