Biographical / Historical

Anson House was born in Connecticut on July 17th 1790. He is known as one of Rochester's earliest lawyers. By 1834 he was working as an attorney and magistrate in Rochester N.Y. He married his wife Lucinda who passed away in 1883. Anson passed away before his wife in 1864 and is currently buried in Brighton Cemetery N.Y.
