Biographical / Historical
There is limited information available about Fred C. Lovney/ Fred C. Lovney was a known member of the St. Andrews Brotherhood in Rochester N.Y. He served as their Vice President for the Rochester division. Fred also worked at the Bingeman and Baxter company in Rochester.

Condition Description
One ledger book has fallen out of its binding and the other is close to doing the same. Leather covers and pages are fraying at corners and edges. Handle with care.
