61 numbered envelopes (1, 10, 11, 27, 32 missing). Posters and diagrams illustrating healthy habits and progression of specific diseases; historical events in health, mostly commercially produced, probably used to accompany public education meetings. Most are black and white, some with tinted images, a few full-color drawings. Some have been cracked or damaged.

Abstract The records of the Health Association of Rochester and Monroe County, which date from the year of its founding in 1917 as the Rochester Tuberculosis Committee, describe the organization’s efforts to prevent, treat, and cure tuberculosis in the Rochester and Monroe County areas.
