Scope and Contents
This series consists of the papers of James "Jim" Bridges of Rochester, New York, who served on the guidance and planning committee for the AIDS Remembrance Garden during the 1990s. The materials document the initial planning, fundraising, and landscaping for the AIDS Remembrance Garden in Highland Park. The materials date between 1992 and 1997. The materials consist of correspondence relating to the design and planting of the garden, fundraiser appeals, landscaping blueprints, newspaper clippings, and programs for AIDS memorial services.
